Let’s face it. Suffering the pain of infidelity is a special kind of Hell. Even though statistics tell us it happens to tons of people all the time, when it becomes our burden, suddenly we are in a deep, dark dungeon. All alone. No one understands. How could they? We’re too ashamed to talk about it.

Isolating. Soul-crushing. Self-doubt-fueling. Trust-annihilating. Cheating can be all of these
wretched things and more. At first. Absolutely.

But your life doesn’t have to stay here. Trust me.

I’m going to take you on a journey fraught with the pain of infidelity that makes it all the way through to the other side. To forgiveness. To trust. To becoming my best self ever.

Yes, this is my story. And while I wouldn’t wish it on anybody, I believe it served a great
purpose for me. And because you are here, I believe it can for you, too.

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to share my story of infidelity with you, in the hope that
you can see you’re not alone. And while your pain is both real and relatable, it is also
overcome-able. You can win your life back. The cheating doesn’t have to beat you. I’m living
